Pamba Mali and fashion shows

Fashion shows are perceived to be out of reach for the ordinary person and are seen to be in the domain of the high and mighty. Contrary to that theory, fashion can be brought right down to the ordinary people, and even better, not only the catwalk but the entire value chain can be exhibited in the rural areas and the farms.

Innovatively creating an avenue for connecting fashion to the people, linking the young and fit designers and models to the old and experienced weavers and farmers is the reason why Pamba Mali came into being.
